Delivery

 

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

 

Delivery charges are as follows for 1 – 3 pairs of sandals:

 

  • Free shipping for all South African orders  ( delivery within 4- 7 days)
  • R 100 Express shipping for all  South African ( delivery within 1 – 3 days)
  • R 300 International  shipping ( 2 weeks)

 

 

If your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

As Galago Online online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods couriered.

 

Delivery Procedure

Please note that all will only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number.

 

The courier companies require that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery. The address of preference is a Work / Business address.

 

If you wish to track your parcel, please email us at info@galagoonline.co.za,  and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the couriers website

 

 

CANCELLATION / RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

 

Cancellation

We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or (iii) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. See the Returns policy set out below. We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. If we can’t supply any item we will issue a full refund with no deductions.

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a refund or exchange;

  • All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
  • Returns outside the 7-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all the designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.

Returns procedure

In the event that you wish to return your purchase:

  • Email us at info@galagoonline.co.za quoting the order reference number.
  • We will send you a returns reference number and the address to which you can courier the item, at your expense, using a courier of your choice.
  • We recommend all item(s) sent to Galago Online for an Exchange / Return be insured.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and acceptance of returns, we will process and refund the full value of the order (on EFT payments) or less a 5% administration fee (credit card transactions). Refunds will be expedited as quickly as possible (within 7-14 days) days of approval, in the same method received (credit card or bank account).

 

Late Delivery

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not be delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our terms and conditions.
